Sweet Kick Salmon


Ingredients

  • Salmon fillets (I like to use skin on, seems to keep the fish moist)
  • 1/2 tsp. per fillet Hangry Spice Sweet Kick Seasoning
  • 1 Tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 lemon
  • shallow baking dish

Prep time: 15 minutes

Cook time: 20 minutes

Cooking method: oven, grill, smoker

Servings: 1 fillet per person

Instructions

  • Pre heat oven, Grill, or smoker to 375 degrees
  • Place fillets skin down on a dish
  • lightly coat fillet with olive oil
  • liberally coat the exposed fillet with little Kick seasoning (the brown sugar in sweet kick is key)
  • Place fillets skin down on shallow baking dish, grill mat, or cedar plank
  • place in pre heated oven, grill, or smoker
  • cook approx. 20 min. or until fillet just starts to flake with a fork
  • remove when done
  • squeeze slice of lemon on each fillet and serve
