As the creator and owner of Hangry Spice Company, Michael has spent more than 40 years developing his culinary skills and experimenting with flavors in his own kitchen. An avid home cook, Michael has spent decades preparing buffet-style meals for family and friends, always looking for ways to make every dish more flavorful and memorable.
Over the years, Michael took his passion and culinary skills to the next level by professionally catering weddings, private functions, and other special events. Through these experiences, he continued experimenting with seasoning combinations and flavor profiles, ultimately developing the recipes that would become Hangry Spice Company’s signature seasonings: Sweet Kick, Li’l Kick and Fiery Kick.
