Li’l Kick Turkey Croquette


Ingredients

  • 3-4 cups chopped Turkey or ground Turkey is a good substitute
  • 2 Tbsp. Li’l Kick seasoning
  • 2-3 Tbsp. Olive Oil
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 medium onion chopped fine
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped carrots
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped celery
  • 2 tsp. minced garlic
  • 2 cups stuffing mix (turn into bread crumb texture)
  • 2 cups chicken broth

Prep time: 30-45 min.

Cook time: 20 minutes

Cooking method: stove top and oven

Servings: 4-6

Instructions

  • In large sauté pan on medium high heat add Olive oil
  • Add onions, carrots, celery sauté until soft and slightly browned
  • Add Minced Garlic
  • Add Li’l Kick Seasoning
  • Turn off heat
  • Add stuffing bread crumb mixture and chicken broth and mix until all incorporated
  • Add eggs
  • Add Turkey to mixture and incorporate well
  • Place in refrigerator for 1 hour
  • Remove from refrigerator and make golf ball sized balls
  • Place on sheet pan
  • Place in 350 degree preheated oven for 20 minutes
  • serve over mashed potatoes or rice
