Li’l Kick Fish Tacos w/ Sweet Kick Coleslaw


Ingredients

  • Your favorite Fish fillets (I use Cod, Haddock or Sole)
  • Medium size flour tortillas
  • 2 teaspoon Hangry Kick Li’l Kick Seasoning
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup light cooking oil (vegetable, Canola, sesame) I use Canola
  • Sweet Kick Coleslaw
  • 2 radishes
  • a sprig of Cilantro

Prep time: 30 minutes

Cook time: 5 Minutes

Cooking method: Stove Top in shallow frying pan

Servings: as many as you want

Instructions

  • Make your Coleslaw per the recipe in the “sides” section of our recipe location and set aside in the refrigerator
  • In a bowl combine the flour and1 teaspoon Li’l Kick seasoning, the other teaspoon is for the sprinkling on top at the end
  • roll fillets in the flour mixture and place aside
  • Heat your oil to medium high (no smoke from pan)
  • place fillets in hot pan and cook until light brown 2 min. each side
  • remove from heat and set aside
  • Remove coleslaw from the fridge
  • Place tortilla on plate, place 1 fillet in each tortilla and sprinkle some Li’l Kick seasoning, place some coleslaw on top and serve
