Fiery Kick Corn & Black Bean Salsa


Ingredients

  • Corn (2 ears fresh cut of the cobb or 1 can strained, or 1 bag frozen)
  • 1 can Black beans (rinsed & strained)
  • 2 medium tomatoes diced
  • 1 Green bell pepper (Diced)
  • 1/4 cup diced red onion
  • 1/4 cup fine chopped Cilantro
  • 1-2 Teaspoon Fiery Kick seasoning blend depending on how hot you want it

Prep time: 15 minutes

Cook time: None

Cooking method: Steam fresh corn if using fresh vs canned or frozen

Servings: 4-6

Instructions

  • Steam the corn and then cool, cut from Cobb
  • Dice Tomatoes and onion & Pepper
  • Rinse and strain Black beans
  • Chop Cilantro
  • Add to large mixing bowl
  • Add half of the Fiery Kick spice and mix, then add the rest and mix
  • Place into your favorite Salsa bowl, cover and place in the refrigerator for 1 hour
  • Serve with your favorite salsa chips
