Chef Michael’s Li’l Kick Stroganoff


Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp. Li’l Kick Seasoning
  • 2 lbs. Ground Beef or Ground Turkey
  • 1 medium diced Onion
  • 2 Tbsp. Olive Oil
  • 1 cup Peas
  • 8 oz. Cream Cheese
  • 4 oz. Sour Cream
  • 4 oz. Milk
  • 1 lb. Noodles of your choice ( I use egg noodles)

Prep time: 20 minutes

Cook time: 20 minutes

Cooking method: Stove Top

Servings: 4-6

Instructions

  • Large stove top skillet and a Pot to boil water for pasta
  • On Medium Heat:
  • Add Olive Oil
  • Add diced Onions, Sauté until Translucent
  • Add ground Beef or Turkey and Li’l Kick Seasoning sauté until “almost done”
  • Start Boiling water to cook Pasta Egg Noodles only take 7 min. to cook
  • Add Cream Cheese and Sour Cream to meat and mix until incorporated
  • Add Milk to mixture, it should be “creamy”
  • Add Peas and reduce heat to low, cover and cook for 5 min. and remove from heat
  • Pasta should be done, strain and add pasta to mixture in the Pot you boiled the water
  • Lightly fold to mix
  • Feel free to sprinkle some Li’l Kick on top for added flavor
