Quick simple tomato sauce
This is a quick delicious tomato sauce using any of the 3 Hangry Spice seasonings; Sweet Kick is great for using the sauce with veggies, Li’l Kick is a great sauce on its own or with meat, and Fiery Kick is the perfect addition to make a Fra Diavolo sauce for seafood.
Ingredients
- 2 cups sliced small tomatoes (grape, cherry, small varieties.
- 3 cloves of fresh Garlic or 1 Teaspoon “jarlic” Garlic
- 1/4 cup Fine chopped Onion
- 1 Tablespoon olive oil
- Season to taste with your favorite Hangry Spice Seasoning blend

Cook time: 20 minutes
Cooking method: Stove top
Servings: 2-4
Instructions
- In Large sauce pan on Med low heat add:
- olive oil
- add fine chopped onion, sauté until transparent (5-7 min.)
- add Halved tomatoes sauté for 10 min. until soft
- add Garlic and sauté for 2 min.
- When everything is well combined and softened into a sauce ADD the Hangry Spice Seasoning
- Start with 1/2 teaspoon and add to taste from there.
